Paula explains if going to therapy helps her deal with ovarian cancer and the guilt she feels.
Paula:
I get to vent and kind of speak my mind. And I am told, you know, “One day at a time, and you shouldn’t feel this way. It’s not your fault. There’s nothing you could do about it,” which is true.
So, like I said, that’s part of my coming around to be at the point that I am in right now. Being at the point in my life where I am right now, that I am just trying not to think so much about myself. I am trying to enjoy what I have. Sometimes it’s hard, and I will say again, I want all this to go away, but it’s not.
