It sounds like you did not actually miss a pill, but you took a pill as soon as you remembered? If so, this would not likely count as a "missed pill". For pills to be 99% effective, they must be used consistently and correctly every time; if a pill is missed or delayed, it can decrease this effectiveness rate (unfortunately, there is no "assurance" that you will not be pregnant, even on the pill, as it is not 100%).

Hello, i just want to ask..when is the best time to use birth control pills, before or after sex?

Hi, Anon,
I am assuming that you are asking about daily birth control pills, right?
The best thing to do is to take them at the same time every single day. Figure out a time when you will remember them easily -- like, when you brush your teeth in the morning, for instance, or going to bed at night. Put your pill pack where you will see it and remember it. Taking them at the same time every day is more important than what time of day you take them.

Hi, Anon,
I'm going to assume that both of the most recent questions are yours, right?
Sperm can live in a woman's system from between 3-5 days, so if she has unprotected sex and then later ovulates during those days, there is a chance she can become pregnant.
The only thing a woman can do to quickly prevent pregnancy after unprotected sex is to take Plan B, also called the morning-after pill. It's available from pharmacists. However, it is meant to be taken within 72 hours of intercourse (3 days) and it sounds like you are already past that point. For future reference, here is some information on it:

Have the two of you considered using birth control? Do you need information on it?

In the second weak of taking my pills I missed both saturday and sunday so on monday I took two pills one for sunday one for monday and didnt take any for saturday because I didnt want to take three in a row. On tuesday after taking a double dose the night before I had unprotected sex is there any chance of getting pregnant there. Also I began spoting on tuesday and have still been spotting and its a weak later is this normal if so will I spot untill I get my period or should the spotting stop soon just curiouse and a little worried. If somone could help me I would apreciate it thx :)

Hi, Anon, and thanks for your question.
Usually, when you miss two pills, the instructions are to take two the day you remember, and take two the next day as well. So in this case, you would have taken two on Monday like you did, for Saturday and Sunday, and then take two on Tuesday, one for Monday and one for Tuesday. That would get you caught up on your doses.
While it's very slightly possible that you could have gotten pregnant that night, it's more likely that the spotting is being caused by your hormones getting slightly out of balance due to the missed pills. It may continue until you get your next period and start your next cycle of pills, or it may gradually stop on its own.
