So in this case, you would have taken two on Monday like you did, for Saturday and Sunday, and then take two on Tuesday, one for Monday and one for Tuesday. That would get you caught up on your doses.
While it's very slightly possible that you could have gotten pregnant that night, it's more likely that the spotting is being caused by your hormones getting slightly out of balance due to the missed pills. It may continue until you get your next period and start your next cycle of pills, or it may gradually stop on its own.
