Fiber, How Much Should Women Consume Per Day? - Dr. Brand (VIDEO)
25 of 30 : Current video

Dr. Marc Brand shares how much fiber women should be consuming daily.

Dr. Brand:
The goal for dietary intake is somewhere in the neighborhood of 25 to 30 grams each day. And it’s important to look through the labeling of some of the foods that you eat that are presumed to be high fiber, to look up the fiber content of an apple or a salad, and be able to have an idea whether you hit those 25 to 30 grams a day. And if not, then a fiber supplement is a very easy way to be able to reach that goal.
