hi Doc... heres my issue.... after i got my married a year back my period has gone a lil whacked. i dont have a 28 day cycle any more ... it went to a 30 day cycle.... but now over the last few months its isnt regular... it does come every month... but never stable so i can neva know when im ovulating. It starts with a light spotting then it stops then comes full blown for 2 days n then back to light spotting. But this month i felt crampy n like my period was about to come 9 days before my date.... but then it just ended up with a lil brown discharge when i wiped... n from then onwards the cramps are still there but no sign of the period... its been 5 days of cramps but no bleeding... besides an occasional brown dot. besides that i have been feeling very moist down there......im really confused with my mixed up cycle... could throw some light on it. I want to concieve... but havent been successful....

Hi ingirl,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  We are not doctors.  Many things can be causing the changes to your cycles and all the symptoms.  Conditions like Endometriosis, Ovarian cysts, hormonal imbalance, thyroid levels not accurate and many other can be the cause of these changes.  You might want to discuss this with your doctor and he can suggest having imaging test done to know the cause and start you off with the right treatment that will help you conceive. Hope this was helpful?

Best,

Daisy
