My brother-in-law had hip surgery he has anaerobic bacteria it's starting to open pus is coming out it's leaking what does it look like

An anaerobic infection is caused by anaerobic bacteria that can affect wounds or other trauma to the skin. We do not have photos of these infections but pus is one sign, as well as other discharge, a bad smell and even gangrene. Your family member needs to report his situation to his doctor immediately.
