I wish I could provide a list of healthy over-the-counter diet pills...but there is no such thing.

Are you referring to interstitial cystitis when you say "IC"?
Most diet pills are not recommended; how much weight do you need to lose to be within a healthy weight range? Have you talked with your doctor about your weight loss options?
