Q:

Is pregnancy possible?

First of all I apologise for the vulgar words I’ll be using. So a week ago my boyfriend and I were fooling around and I gave him a handjob and he ended up orgasming on my hand and some of the semen got onto his hands as well. He then proceeded to wipe his hands on his shirt and fingered me thru my panties. My panties was damp with my own wetness. Neither His penis nor his direct semen got directly in my vagina, but his hand did have semen on it before he wiped it off but I think he still got a little left. Again, he only fingered me through my cotton panties that was damp. He didn’t touch my vagina directly. I’m very overthinking it right now so Is it possible for pregnancy to occur in this situation? Thank you.

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Your post wasn't vulgar at all - you explained it well!

There is no real risk - your boyfriend would have to have live sperm (ejaculate) on his finger and insert it directly into your vagina to cause pregnancy but you would have to be ovulating at the time. This is not the same as through your underwear - even if it was wet, sperm would not be able to get through and up a vagina in that way. I understand your anxiety is telling you otherwise but it's not realistic. You also are presuming there was live sperm on his hand and you don't know this to be true.

In future, proper hand-washing can avoid these anxieties.

Best,
Susan
