Has anyone tried the new Jillian Michaels QuickStart Rapid weight loss program, Maximum strenght fat burner pills, or the Thincare international Jillian Michaels maximum strenght calorie control tablets, or the triple process body detox and clense. If so could you tell me is it safe and is it worth the money?

Ok - so I have just read 29 pages of comments has anyone taken Jillian's pills longer than 1 month and had good results? If so can you give us some numbers? I am 29 I started loosing weight last November I started at 210 and just watching my calories and occasionally walking I lost 30 pounds but now I am stuck. I still count calories and now I have been going to the gym doing mostly cardio 2-3 time a week. I have had NO weight loss for months. To the 29 year old, and anyone who hits a plateau. You may need to up your calorie intake with fiberous foods, greens, or bran. People forget to take extra fiber or a multi vitamin. If you plateau, its your body getting used to the way things are. Instead of walking 2 or 3 days for a half an hour, try an hour on these days. Add a little weight training, you can buy the wrist or ankle weights. Push-ups, jumping jacks. Aerobics and yoga. I swear I plateau after lossing each 15 pounds, and I just vary it up a bit, and start losing again. With all that said, I went and bought the quick start pack, more bang for my buck! I was reading and I am sad, that it is not a full month supply- stuff is pricey. I went to costco and restocked on my flaxseed and multi packs for another 100 days for 32 bucks. Again I take 2 doses of ephedra per day due to my fat guy asthma. I work out when I can, generally 4 times a week, cardio and toning. I don't do diets as I would have to change my eating style which is tough due to my job. It would mean my clients would have to change their eating habits. Again any questions comments, or you need encouragment- [email protected]

Since my last post here ([email protected] dude), I have lost 5 pounds, I am down to 301 from 340 in July. Again I take the following:

Multivitamin, ginseng, E, calcium, and b-50. This is a vita pack from COSTCO $17, for 100 days.
Flaxseed, fishoil, both very inexpensive.
Ephadrine, for asthma- half the recommended dose twice a day.
And the quickstart from Jillian

Before the stuff from Jillian, I have been taking epheda everyday, and a multi, and the fish oil

So again any questions, [email protected] anytime.

With that said the pills aren't making jittery like most caffeine products. It is making my stomach hurt for some reach...like bad cramps. I will try to keep everyone posted on the progress on the wght loss & if the pills work. I take 2 the am w/breakfast & then 1 about 40 mins before I go to the gym. I know the instructions said to take 4 total. But wasn't quite sure how my body would react to the caffeine. My opinion/suggestion is start off anything slowly & see how your body would react to something new. Good luck everyone w/their wght loss & stay motivated & postive. Changes to the body doesn't happen in snap, unless you are a plastic surgeon. Hahaha

I have lost about 57lbs in about yr via a trainer & counting calories & tons cardio. I don't have a personal trainer anymore, but still counting calories & doings tons of calories. I have about 20lbs to go, so I decided to buy JM's fat burner pills to help get over this stupid plateau. I haven't lost any wght, but did gain a couple. Before any skeptics jump in, I think the reason gained some wght is not eating enough calories. I try try to burn @ least between 1200-1400 calories a day. And I am doing her DVDs (30 day shred & the cardio one) along with going to the gym & lifting wghts 4 times a wk. I'm eating way less than I should. I think the pills a curbing my appetite, which isn't a good thing if you are burning tons of calories. But it's good for those who don't burn tons of calories. Basically, I think the pills work the way one fits it into their diet/exercise plan. Every body is different when it comes to processing anything. I

Seriously people, she is selling a detox and cleanse?!?!! This is snake oil. There really does not need to be any discussion of why this is ridiculous, but if you need more information: http://bit.ly/ctThc
