How long can you
carry this infection and how do you get it. Also how is it possible for you to have and your partner don't.

Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted infection (STI) caused by the one-celled protozoan organism Trichomonas vaginalis. It can often have no symptoms. So you could have it and not know it.
