I get calf muscle pain after just a short walk. Any ideas?

Hello. Thank you for posting.

 Many times leg pain is a result of tissue inflammation that is caused by injury or disease.  Since the leg contains a number of different structures and tissue types, many conditions and injuries can cause leg pain.  Have you tried stretching your calf muscles before taking a walk? This might help.
