So the past 2 months, i've been getting my period exactly on the 22nd. When I'm stressed, i know it can delay. My boyfriend and I were pretty much dryhumping, but he had boxers and jeans on, and i had my underwear (it was lace, and i'm afraid that maybe stuff can get through easier) and pantie liner on, although at times i felt like my pantie liner wasn't in place right, but just around the clitoris area. It's past the 22nd, but sometimes my period isn't always exact of course, but i've been pretty paranoid after dryhumping. I've been very active with school, and not getting good sleep and afraid that maybe i've been overactive to where my body can't keep up. I recently got a cold and wondering if that can affect my period in some way. Although lately, I haven't been that nervous about it. My discharge has been kind of heavy, whiteish and yellowish. This only started about more than a week ago. My boyfriend and I did dry heaving on the 17th. I've been kind of moody and a little cramping. I'm worried about being pregnant or something. please tell me advice.

Let's begin by reminding you that your vagina is inside your body. If he only rubbed his penis on the outside of your pubic area, there was no insertion and no ejaculation of semen inside of you or outside of you, there was no risk for becoming pregnant.
Ejacuating on your breasts posed no risk.

I will try my best to help you. The vagina is inside the body. Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm.
If you had a prior but recent ejaculation, let's say you masturbated, some sperm can remain in your urethra. But, once you urinate, any remaining sperm is flushed out.
There was no risk for making her pregnant if you did not penetrate your penis into her vagina and ejaculate or release semen.
If you ejaculated on the outside of her body or on her vulva, there was a chance that sperm could travel and swim into her body.

Hi there.
I just need some rr-assurance please.
I've been having an upset stomach for two and a half weeks now, however I suspect it might be IBS. However looking back, I have one question as last month, close to the start of my period, my boyfriend and I dry humped. I was wearing lace underwear (very thin) while he was very jeans and boxers. I'm just concerned whether there was any chance of pregnancy as afte I felt my part soaked and when I went home I had fingered myself. I'm worried as to whether there could be a possibility that his sperm made it through my pants and it went inside when I touched myself. Can't stop stressing out
I must add I got my period two days late than usual and it was very scanty and light and usually I'm heavy.
My stomach problems are improving but still bloated and having uterine cramps - seeing gastroenterologist this week

Welcome to EmpowHER. I am glad you scheduled an appointment with a gastroenterologist. The anxiety is probably added to your IBS symptoms.
There was no risk for pregnancy because his boxers and jeans kept any ejaculated semen containing sperm trapped.
The wetness noted on your underwear was your own lubrication from being sexually aroused.

Can I just ask you one more question - my breast are slightly swollen and I get uterine cramps and also yellowish white vaginal discharge . Could these symptoms be brought about by anxiety? Still no chance of being pregnant from what I described above right?

You are welcome. The uterine cramping, slightly swollen breasts and yellowish white vaginal discharge sound like pre menstrual symptoms and are not related to anxiety.
Once again, no risk or change of becoming pregnant from dry humping.

One last question - I am now beyond 2 weeks since my last period ( abnormal duration of 2-3 days max) and I have heavy breasts and yellowish white vaginal discharge. Could they be brought about my anxiety and stress? As I'm quite far away from my next period
