I will try my best to help you. The vagina is inside the body. Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm.

If you had a prior but recent ejaculation, let's say you masturbated, some sperm can remain in your urethra. But, once you urinate, any remaining sperm is flushed out.

There was no risk for making her pregnant if you did not penetrate your penis into her vagina and ejaculate or release semen.

If you ejaculated on the outside of her body or on her vulva, there was a chance that sperm could travel and swim into her body.
