If you were wearing clothing, underpants and sweatpants, then your boyfriend could not have touched your vagina, unless he put his hands into your pants.
If your period is late by two weeks, test for pregnancy.

You cannot be pregnant if you have not had sexual intercourse.
Without seeing what this discharge looks like, such as thick, blood-tinged, etc, I cannot tell you what is causing it.
