condoms are to prevent from sexually transmitting diseases & as it prevents semen to enter into vagina, it also helps for preventing pregnancy.

friction made by fabric can hurt inside walls of vagina hence can not used.

exchanging bodily fluids can cause std

What I met before was that fabrics are really different and can let liquids through.

Hi Maryann,

I'm over 2 weeks late, and that has never happened to me before. I actually can relate to enticeylicious first case, and even with your answer I'm still really afraid something could have happened. I've check other websites and no one can say something concrete for sure and I keep thinking that somehow can be possible. I don't want to be freaking out anymore.

Hi enticeylicious,

Semen, which is the fluid that comes out of the end of a man's penis when he has an orgasm, contains sperm, which is the male reproductive cell.

Sperm are microscopic, so tiny that you cannot see them with your eyes. Sperm cannot penetrate fabric, one layer or four layers.

If your sexual partner has an orgasm during dry humping or outercourse, the released sperm will not get past his clothing, but his clothing will be wet, from the semen.

You are correct, the time of ovulation is considered a woman's fertile time. Ovulation is when one of the ovaries releases a mature egg.

The best way to prevent an unwanted pregnancy is to use some form of birth control. If you and your boyfriend are engaging in dry humping or outercourse instead of sexual intercourse, you are safe.

I hope that I have given you clarification,

Maryann

Yes I appreciate the information I had given you. I had this last concern, what if we are going through motions of sex and he is already "stained" or wet in his clothes and then he pushes the wet part near my vagina. Would that create a risk of getting pregnant or will the clothing stop it? I would like to clear this one last thing. Thank you so much and your responses are much appreciated. Thanks Ms. Maryann.

Hi Anonymous,

No, you could not get pregnant if your boyfriend was wearing jeans. Even if he did ejaculate, sperm cannot get through fabric and travel into your vagina.
Please try to relax and not worry because stressing that you might be pregnant will cause your period to be late.

Hi miss Maryan. I had a bit of concern like everyone else here and I would like to clear my mind. I had read few forums and pages that says pre-cum or even sperm itself could not pass any kind of clothing? Is this information correct? I was asking this because my boyfriend and I were making out and we had clothes on. He had shorts and underwear on and I had shorts and underwear as well. We started to rub our bodies so basically a dry hump but no penetration/genital contact was made and my boyfriend afterwards felt that he was wet and was not really sure if it was pre-cum or ejaculation itself. So with this kind of information can sperm itself pass like 4 layers of clothing? I'm on my 15th day of ovulation so I know I'm fertile right now and afraid that any sperm could pass. So any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your kind responses.

no way to get pregnant this way.....sperms can not pass from cloths/fabrics. moreover sperms will die if semen spreads & soaked over fabric. Dont worry & enjoy !!!
