You could not become pregnant if you were wearing panties. If the semen came in contact with your pubic area and you removed it quickly, there is little chance of pregnancy.

I really need help im a virgin andi really don't know much about sex. I stayed with my boyfriend Friday(jun23). We didn't have sex in fact I had on panties and sweatpants, he had on a pair of boxer. There is no chance that you would get pregnant this way. If you read any of the comments on this post you could have answered your own question. Sperm cannot penetrate fabric.

I do not know why your girlfriend felt something odd in her stomach. Most likely it was related to something that she ate. The stomach is part of the digestive system and not the reproductive system.
As already mentioned, you cannot get pregnant by dry humping or outercourse or fooling around with your clothes on.
