All of a sudden,hands and under bottom of feet and toes began to itch very intensely??

This sounds like it could be an allergy. Did you eat something different or use a cream or new detergent or anything like that? Allergies can come on suddenly, even if a person was not allergic to something before.

You will need to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis if this does not clear up on it's own in the next few days. Keep us posted.
