Farrah Fawcett's Medical Records Have Been Breached

UCLA Medical Center has owned up to another case of celebrity privacy violation, this time involving Farrah Fawcett.

The Los Angeles hospital, which fired several employees earlier this year for looking into Britney Spears' medical file, disciplined a worker for looking at Fawcett's records last year, the Associated Press reports.
