Bonnie shares why she feels even more prepared for her second knee replacement and provides advice for other women who feel apprehensive about an upcoming replacement.
Bonnie:
I’ve had such a wonderful experience and such a great result with my first knee replacement that, I can’t say I’m looking forward to having the second knee replacement done, but I know exactly what to expect and I know that I will also have to continue to work hard on the exercises and doing exactly as my doctor says, that I really am not apprehensive about having it done.
For someone who has knee pain and is apprehensive you have to make up your mind yourself when the pain and the discomfort and the disability has been going on long enough that you want your life back.
