Dr. Peredo describes acne and explains if it hurts.

Dr. Peredo:
Normally, patients and women would see whiteheads or blackheads, pimples or partials, and at times more painful cysts, and mainly it’s, at times it’s painful, but most of the time it’s more embarrassing. Also, acne if not treated, could cause scarring which is not reversible, so the key with acne patients is to get early intervention and early treatment to prevent facial scarring.
