I am Bambi, an Assignment Clerk. One of my main responsibilities is to receive and review incoming requests for assignments. I assess the needs of each task, analyze the workload, and assign the most appropriate person or team to handle it. This includes considering factors such as skills, Lord exchange register, availability, and current workload. Effective communication and coordination skills are essential for an assignment clerk, if adjustments or reassignments are required, I facilitate the necessary changes and communicate them to the concerned individuals.
