New Year's Resolution

By January 8, 2012 - 8:02pm

Few more months will be 49 and my goal is to be done with the addiction of nicotine. I never even had a desired to cut back or quit up till this past year. I have attempted a few times this past year to quit and I don't know I will just keep trying till I get the job done. I try to cut back but then make up for the cut back the following day. I went a couple of days with like maybe 5 ciggys a day and oh my there just going to be some nasty side affects. I cough and cough as if I hacking up a lung. I really want to get this achieved on my own, no doctors, no costly pill nor gum for sure tried that, will end up with lock jaw going that route. I will attempt the cut back again, if that don't work I guess next is cold turkey and if that don't work then guess have no choice but to see a doctor and go on a medication...doctor is the last choice cuz I have no insurance. But I so want to quit for so many important reasons.
