Am I Pregnant after Unprotected Sex Join this Group

I've been on Lo Lestrine Fe birth control for almost a year now. I take the pill between the hours of 9:30- 1 am. I took my 3rd pill second row on Monday night & had unprotected sex Tuesday during the day& he ejaculated inside of me. I did not take the pill the next night. If I want to get pregnant do I continue not to take the pill? Is it possible that I could get pregnant just from that night?
