Master ceramist Jason J. Kim explains what a patient and a dental ceramist will talk about during a consultation.
Jason J. Kim, C.D.T.:
When the patient walks in here, we talk and, you know, all these issues and stuff that I take a lot of notes and, you know, oh, this is what exactly what you are. I am going to do this procedure. I am going to make it like this. And they usually get the right answers at this moment here then, because usually clinicians cannot explain something like this. It’s, it’s not possible. So they, they would get what communication sort of through to the ceramist directly.
And then a lot of different reasons they come here because sometimes they come here because of they have crucial problems and they have their bites are not right and so some of these consultations we do together with the clinician and I. And then we look at the different procedures of restoring correctly so a person can function correctly also with the beauty in mind. Anything has to be beautiful.
