When the temperature rises, so does my motivation to workout. The shining sun always gives me increased energy and even more reason to head outside and enjoy the warmth. I often find myself, with barely a moments notice, lacing up my sneaks to enjoy a run outside. However, transitioning from the treadmill to asphalt always seems to create a problem in my workout routine: proper breathing.
Like so many of us, I struggle with breathing properly while working out. I often find myself more focused on the movement of my body than the movement of my lungs, making me tire faster and get less out of my workout.
