I am sure not everyone has all the time to go back to school or train your brain on a daily basis as we did while we were in school.
I mean, have you watched Are We Smarter than a 5th Grader and decided that we have lost our edge or helped our children do their homework and we had to look up the answers ourselves?

Scientists have known of the potential health benefits of diets rich in fresh fruits for a long time. Our previous work had suggested that flavonoid compounds had some kind of effect on memory, but until now we had not known the potential mechanisms to account for this".
I wonder if this also works for Alzheimer’s Disease.
