While the question of over-indulging over the weekend was raised in a different SHARE, I'm entering an intense marathon training season and adjusting my regimen accordingly. My running buddy and I were talking about this during our long run this past weekend (we had a short run. too!). So, how timely could an article be about how Olympians maintain a healthy eating regimen. (Not that we're anything near elite status, but, in my mind I am a Kenyan runner, haha!)

One of the highlights of this story is that one of the athletes had an eating disorder and has obviously overcome it. She says she doesn't count calories anymore. Good for her.
