From my early years, I battled with emotional eating and terrible digestion. Food became my way of coping with the stresses of life...it was my friend, my enemy and everything in between.
By my mid 20’s, my body was fighting back. My digestion and emotions were a mess. I felt like a complete train wreck! I had low energy and low self-esteem. I was not calling the shots in my life and I reached a breaking point - something seriously had to change.
Over time, I learned to create a relationship with food and my body that is based on fun, ease, and pleasure. I truly believe that our health goals can be achieved with respect and appreciation, not punishment and self-deprivation.
I’m thrilled to say that I love be doing what I do - guiding women in living their most fierce and fabulous lives!
