After suffering Migraine for 45 years and having tried every single thing offered, I finally discovered something that has calmed some of the pain. It is a simple algorithm and can be learned and used in a few minutes. I've posted it under "Migraine" on the iTunes app store for people who have iphone or iPod Touch.

Here are free codes I was given to share, if anyone wants to try it to see if it helps you as well. I hate to see people suffer and am more than happy to share what I have found that works for me. I have included every home remedy I've ever heard of or tried, in my app. I hope if you leave a rating or comments, they will be positive. If anything negative please email to me.

MigraineappiniTunesstore,
Thanks so much for posting this. I have a friend who has horrible migraines and I'll certainly pass this along to her.
Here is the app description for Calm Migrain Pain on iTunes:
-- An application which attempts to calm migraine through relaxation. A very short algorithm of two steps, repeated, and then one final step is all the time you will have to commit. Once memorized, it can be repeated, as needed, from memory.
It also shares home remedies for migraine and quotes research regarding long-term memory of migraine sufferers. And there are customer reviews on the iTunes page that you can read before you download the app.

It's calm Migraine pain and it's yellow. It's a head with lightening bolts to the eye. The best way I could explain how mine hurt. It's 99 cents, but free with the code. I hope it helps calm yours like it does mine.
