In 2007 was in an accident an orthopedic let me know that I have a 6mm herniated disc. it pinches in to the right side middle nerve where my bra is and my neck is stiff and my shoulder areas are tight. Tri city medical found in my MRI a large massive fibroid now my menstruation is coming stronger where I can't be away from a restroom, it causes worse pain on my back because of the car accident where I almost lost my life, don't have health insurance lost my job, taught first grade.
About 10 years ago they detected Graves disease my Thyroid had gone out of whack, the hospital gave me a radiation pill to shut down my thyroid, now I take a pill per life to as a replacement.

I'm sorry to hear that you have Graves disease, a fibroid and would like to become pregnant...that is a lot to consider!
Your question sounds like a two-part question:
1. Can I get pregnant if I have fibroids?
2. If I am pregnant, how does Graves disease, and its treatment, impact the pregnancy, as well as my chances to get pregnant?
There are pregnant women who have Graves disease that is being treated, and there are pregnant women who have fibroids. So, it is possible to become pregnant when having these conditions in general. Only your doctor can tell you about your specific conditions, but I did find some information for you to review:
1. Drug therapy for hyperthyroidism in pregnancy: safety issues for mother and fetus..
2. MyThyroid and pregnancy.
These two sources mention that, "as a rule, pregnancy complicates the management of hyperthyroidism", but that certain medications are not contraindicated for use during pregnancy". From my understanding, the radioactive iodine treatment may not be the first choice (if at all) to manage Graves disease while pregnant, but there are other medications or surgery as options.
3. Fibroids, ACOG. Fibroids can be a cause of infertility, and you would need to talk with your doctor about its location and size, and possible treatment options. "When fibroids are thought to be a cause [of infertility], many women are able to become pregnant after they are treated."
