Why is it difficult to lose that last 5 Kgs?

My weight was 75 kgs and I am now 65 kgs and I want to reduce it to 60kgs, but its been really hard. Its been easy to come down to 65 kgs but now its become really hard to lose the last 5 kgs. Please advice

t's normal to plateau right aroud the last 3-5 pounds or your goal weight. Here are some suggestions on what you can try to shed those last few pesky pounds.

  • Eat clean
  • Increase the intensity of your workouts
  • Build up your strength
  • Decrease your portion size
  • Get 8 or more hours of sleep
  • Drink more protein shakes (meal replacement shakes)
