I had gained weight within 3 months and it was really hard to lose. I tried hard at gym and after 10 days I quit. After 6 months, I started walking for 20 minutes and slowly increased it to 90 minutes and had only home made healthy food. This way I was able to reduce 10 kgs in 6 months and I have 5 kgs more to lose.
