I am hurting so bad. I thought it was a bladder infection but now I’m thing it’s something else. When I stand I feel like all my insides will fall out. And it hurts to pass gas or poop. I’m so confused.

Constipation can cause pain (sometimes severe) as can trapped gas.
If you have persistent excessive gas, severe abdominal pain, and/or bloating and can't get relief, see a doctor. These symptoms can also be a warning sign of an underlying medical issue with your digestive system. Sometimes, what we think are gas pains could actually be any of a number of health problems. If you are feeling very ill don't hesitate to seek medical help.
