I had unprotected sex on Sunday (he didn’t cum inside), the next day I came on my period a week early. It seemed like a normal period at first and lasted 3 days. After 3 days it looked like it was stopping but then that evening I was suddenly bleeding heavily again with a few clots. Not sure what’s going on. My periods are usually very regular.

This period ensures you are not pregnant. Periods can be different due to hormonal changes. We can't say what the exact cause is for you. Some people who have sex shortly before their period is due, find that it comes early.
