One very good exercise is swimming in a warm pool as this is low impact (virtually no impact) and many pools offer a hot tub where you can ease your tissues and joints after. Walking is always an excellent exercise, as are any kind of stretching and meditative exercises like Yoga and Pilates or any kind of mix.
