What does the % mean on the labor details

Ok so i went to get induced and ended up getting an emergency c section and i had the papers printed out that tells u min to min what is going on. Well one lady said that the M stands for mother. F is the baby. Well example.... MHR 115 and the babys... FM: FMP 40%, (44%) please tell me what that means... NO one will help me and im so confused. Thank u :)

The percent (percent) sign (%) is the symbol used to indicate a percentage, a number or ratio as a fraction of 100. I'm sorry, we cannot interpret this. Ask your doctor to explain these results to you.
