Dear Kinnis,
Meditation twice a day... (Mastery of Energy Healing... if you're interested...)
Bicycle riding to take in the fresh air every day...
Running... Push ups... Sit ups... Two to three times per week.
I love to run from class to class when at school. It makes me look busy... LOL.
& finally, green tea once a day...
Could anyone say that the usage of our fingers is good enough to be considered good for the heart. I don't know but that might sound like an extra sentence. Hmmm... Anyway, keep in touch with your heart people! Yeah!!!
