I ovulated around March 13 or 14th. Yes my husband and I were intimate. 3 times that week. We'll after i ovulated I had c mild cramps and lower back pain 2 weeks before my period date. Which never happens. On March 21st I went to pee and when I wiped there was pink on toilet paper just pink no discharge. I wiped again there was more. Later I went to pee and there was nothing. What was the spotting? Could it be implantation bleeding? With my 1st born I never had that I just had cramps and lower back ache along with no period. As days past I felt real dizzy nauseous cramps and back ache and tingly nipples tender breasts etc. Well 5 days later on March 27th I woke up for work in the morning went to pee and I was bleeding. It was like a period but as the day went on it got less. My stomach under belly was cramping and my right adomen. It wasn't like bad pain just cramps like regular. Still felt nauseous kinda do still. I'm on 5th day bleeding it's to point where it's about to stop just brown when I wipe kinda. and I have I'll cramps but still lower back ache Nothing bad. After I spotted I never took a pregnancy test at all I wanted to wait. But my doctor nurse said it's hard to tell if it's a misscarriage or period the fact I didn't take a test. She said that after the bleeding is gone to take 1 as some women do bleed during their pregnancy. What do you think.?

Welcome to EmpowHER. Many conditions aside from pregnancy can cause irregular bleeding. You should follow your doctors orders and probably take a home pregnancy test or see your doctor for blood work. Hope this was helpful?
