what causes stomach bloating and i hear my stomach growling,also i feel my food comes up in my throat after i eat sometime.

Eating rich and fatty food can make you feel uncomfortably stuffed. Fat takes longer to digest than protein or carbohydrates, so it keeps the stomach full longer. Avoid bloating by limiting fats in your everyday diet. Eating too fast adds to the risk of bloating after a meal. Try to drink after your meals rather than with, if possible. If you can't, don't drink fast, take small sips while you eat. Gulping liquids will cause bloating. Some foods are triggers for gas and may cause bloating. Keep track of what you are eating when this occurs. Chronic bloating should be mentioned to your doctor.
