what can i do to quickly lower my bblood sugar

i have an infection and am on antibiotic but my blood sugar has gone up to340 how can i bring it down quickly i have taken 1 tablet januvia 2 glyburide and 16 units insulin but it is still 340

Thank you for your post.

Drinking plenty of water and having a protein snack can be helpful when blood sugar rises. However, blood sugar readings that remain high for more than 24 hours without coming down (and after an effort has been made to lower them), need to be addressed by your doctor.
