I had my gallbladder removed in October. I have steadily gained weight since then. I eat low carb because I have always struggled with my weight. I exercise. I am perimenopausal. I have read apple cider vinegar works. Different enzymes help too but I dont know what they are or where to look to find out. Please. Any information is greatly appreciated

Hello Jhemdani,
Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Weight gain seems to be a common problem among women who have had surgery to remove the gallbladder.
"ASK: How can I combat post-gallbladder-removal belly fat and weight gain during menopause?"

We cannot recommend a product, but I suggest you speak with your physician and read what has worked for other women.
