My fiance and I have been trying for a few months now. We don't know what to do. Is there a pill out there or any place I could go to get the pill to help get me conceive?

Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for coming to us with your question.

There is no pill that will increase your chance of conceiving. But, here are a few suggestions.

Take advantage of what doctors call the "fertile window". The fertile window is the six-days that end on the day of ovulation. Pregnancy is most likely to occur with intercourse within the three days before ovulation.

Moderate caffeine consumption. Experts say that drinking more than five cups of coffee a day , which is the equivalent of about 500 milligrams of caffeine, is associated with lower fertility.

Best of luck,
