Unsure believe may be kidneys

We have been to multiple doctors because they have not been able to diagnose what my husband has. As of now waiting on a doctor from Boston almost a year for amilyoid problems not sure spelled correctly. Can’t eat gets sick sometimes throws up sometimes not has problems breathing from mistakes made during an operation. Gets pains on lower right flank area can’t work for over a year now any help appreciated.

Amyloid is an abnormal protein that is produced in your bone marrow and can be deposited in any tissue or organ. Amyloidosis can affect different organs in different people, and there are different types of amyloid. Amyloidosis frequently affects the heart, kidneys, liver, spleen, nervous system and digestive tract.
