My hcg levels are 4500 I have had cramps had spotting and bright red blood for 6 days and water like brown discharge. Doctor has done 3 vag ultrasounds seen nothing in uterus. See a pee size mass in tube. What could this be?

What is exactly a missed misscarriage? My hcg levels are rising slowly. I have had cramps and backache passed blood clots and brownish discharge. Had three Val ultrasounds nothing in uterus pee size mass I'm tube. My hcg level was 4500 last time I had the ultrasound.

Would they be able to see something with my hcg levels at 4500 the time before they were at 3557? The first hcg test was Monday and the second one was Thursday of last week.

Even with a miscarriage in the uterus it would be detected with an ultrasound.
July 19, 2015 - 5:46pmSince your hcg levels are still rising, that also suggests an ectopic pregnancy. Basically the same process of pregnancy is happening, only in the fallopian tubes instead of the uterus.

You hcg levels indication pregnancy, but obviously it is not detectible in the uterus This is why I strongly believe you could have an ectopic pregnancy.
I suggest that you go back the see the doctor and discuss treatments that will be right for you. In some cases surgery is required because there is a risk is the fallopian tubes bursting.
