I would like to try to get pregnant however I am currently on birth control pills….I was/am having issues with some things lately, but from talking to a few doctors after I can still try for pregnancy. What are some ways that I could try even though I am on the pill? Like, would it possible to just stop taking the pill once I finish the one pack and then try….but if I were to do that, how long do I wait to see if I actually got pregnant and take a pregnancy test??? What are some tips on this one could give me? I hope this is making sense…not sure how to really word it…

Guide

You explained yourself very well.

Finish a pack of birth control pills completely. How soon after you stop taking the birth control pills and how soon you will conceive is difficult to determine. Some woman can conceive the first month after stopping the pill, while others may not conceive for 2 or 3 months.

After completing the pack, it may be advisable to wait for the first normal cycle before trying to conceive. Your husband can use a condom during this period.

Once you start trying to conceive without any form of contraceptives, you will test for pregnancy when you have a missed period.

I hope that I explained this well.
