Should I be Taking Medication for Crohns Disease?

I recently found out that i had Crohns disease in Nov.2009. Had a resection of the small bowel in Dec. 2009. Hernia Repair in Feb.2010 Still doing research, not sure if i should still be taking meds. other than align, iron pills(ferrex), caltrate and hyoscyamine 0.125 mg. when needed.
