that also makes me short of breath. I just realized that my stools are getting hard and impacted. What could I do for this situation?.

Please speak with your primary care physician. Constant bloating that leads to shortness of breath is a concern, as is the constipation.
I am not qualified to make a diagnosis, but a bloating feeling and diarrhea or constipation, sometimes alternating, are two symptoms of IBS or irritable bowel syndrome.
