So, I want to know if i’m pregnant or just a late period. I’m already a day late on my period which sometimes is normal but the problem is that I don’t feel anything. I usually have some cramps or just bad skin or just some boob pain but I don’t have any of that just bloated and gassy. I had a little bit of cm this weekend that in fact i thought it was my period coming soon. But it wasn’t. So yeah. My last two cycles were of 24 and 22 days. I usually have a cycle of 25-27 days. The last time I did something with my boyfriend was the 26th of the last month. He didn’t even came or anything and that we were just dry humping naked. For me theres no reason for me being pregnant but you never know and since I’m not feeling anything.

Thanks a lot and sorry for this long post. I also have been sick last week with a horrible flu. I don’t know if that can change anything.

Hello Express123!

Irregular periods can cause many concerns, but are more common than you may think. There are a lot of reasons for this. Some medications can make your period late or cause you to miss a period entirely. These include antidepressants, anti-psychotics, oral corticosteroids and chemotherapy cancer treatments.

Even a  significant change in routine, such as taking a big trip, can disrupt your body’s normal functions and result in a late or missed period. It could also simply be a hormonal blip.

If you continue to be  concerned because your period is late, try to stay calm and reduce your stress as stressing and worrying over a late period can also impact the timing. If you continue to have worries please don't hesitate to seek help from our personal medical provider.

Take care,

Pat
