when i eat certain things,i get pain in my stomach and i gotta go to the bathroom.most of the time it's diarrhrea.i always got to make sure i find a bathroom everywhere i go.tums seem to ease the urges,do i need to eat more fiber or is more serious.is there any medical procedures i can get to relieve the problems.i'm currently taking an anti-diarrheal supplement and dicyclomine 10mg tab. to help,but i don't want to rely on that either.i'd like to feel better without my bowel problem.

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. Can you be more specific? What foods cause the urgency? Have you seen a doctor? What did they doctor tell you and were you diagnosed with a condition?
