Hello, my boyfriend and i have been fooling around and there was a little bit of precm on his hand and mine. Im not sure what was the time duration but i touched the walls of my vagina ( no fingering ). But from what i recall , my fingers were dry before i touched it. I am now very stressed as i do not want to get pregnant and this is the first time we fooled around. I am still a virgin. Help me please ):

Guide

Hi hellothere,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Thank you for reaching out to us for help.

There was no risk for pregnancy. The pre-ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. As the pre-ejaculate leaves the body, however, it may pick up sperm from a previous ejaculation that remains in the urethra. It is believed small amounts of sperm can likely be flushed out with urination.

hellothere, if you are not ready to get pregnant but are sexually active, and fooling around can quickly progress to intercourse, I suggest you look at all available birth control options and choose the one that works best for you.

Regards,
Maryann
